Estelia’s real estate success is based on her deep passion for business, strong negotiating skills and her personal commitment to providing the highest levels of service possible. With over 15 years of experience in marketing and sales of luxury and waterfront homes in the St. Petersburg area, she is a recognized top producer in Pinellas County and Mega Million Producer since 2000. Estelia specializes in the neighborhoods of downtown Saint Petersburg, Old North East, Dolphin Cay, Caya Costa, Bayway Isles, Pasadena Yacht and Country Club, Placido Bayou and The Bayou Club.

A native of Colombia, South America, Estelia attended The Center for Engineering and Architecture in Cali, Colombia, where she obtained her degree in Architectural Design. She has lived in the Poconos, Pennsylvania and for the past eighteen years she had resided in the St. Petersburg area.

She worked in the Architecture and Engineering field for over five years before entering the real estate profession. Since then she has earned her CIPS, GRI, and e-PRO designation, joined the Women's Council of Realtors and has become an Accredited Buyer Representative and obtained her Broker's license. She is a member of the Pinellas County Board of Realtors, Member of Pinellas Association of Realtors, and Member of Pinellas County Multiple Listing Services.

She is involved with charitable organizations; All Children's Hospital Evening Guild, Bayway Isles Ladies Association, and is a passionate supporter of Pinellas Association of Retarded Children, where she is the Chair-Fundraiser-Events.

Estelia and her husband are active parents with strong ties to the community, they both enjoy skiing, boating, traveling, scuba diving and attending their children's sporting events and school programs. As an avid boater, Estelia is very knowledgeable about water depths in the Tampa Bay area and specializes in waterfront homes.
